Enchantress

A beautiful young woman with long black hair was waiting for me by my raft. I came up to put load fruit onto my craft, but I now decided to seize the opportunity to ask her for directions.
"Excuse me, my name is Ryuzaki," I said, using an alias. "Do you know of any strange occurences or people around here? People who seem to mention gods? People who are scary enough to be considered monsters?"
I had to continue with my journey's goals, after all. This woman was a native of a strange island that is said to be on the path Odysseus travelled. If the gods and monsters existed, surely she would know something about them.
However, instead of answering me, the woman started to show off her body. This was obviously an attempt to seduce me; however, I had been trained to resist seduction. After several minutes of failed attempts, the woman seemed to give up, and started to walk away. But I wouldn't; I needed answers!
"Wait!" I shouted. "If you can't answer my questions, then can you tell me the name of someone who can?"
The woman stopped, and slowly turned around. Her eyes started to turn a strange green color, and she started chanting in a language I couldn't understand (that's saying something, since I'm fluent in at least 11 languages) or even recognize. She raised her hand and pointed at me.
"Go to the blind man," she said in a strange, deep voice. "He has the answers you seek. But do not linger there long. Death is a dangerous place..."
Suddenly, I felt strange and dizzy, and fell over backwards, drifting into unconsciousness.
